Monthly Goals for Better Living

This is so true. When i first started working out, and having a healthy lifestyle it was a pain. Now it comes natural. Im more energetic, happy! I feel horrible on days that I DONT work out on now.
April: Cut Back on Sugar/Smoking/Drinking
May:  Eat More Fresh Fruits & Veggies
June: Create a Morning Routine
July: Exercise Regularly
August: Go to Bed Earlier
September: Declutter Your Home- have a garage sale!
October: Drink More Water
November: Keep a Dream Journal
December: Be More Upfront

January: Face a Fear Daily
February: Make 3 Goals a day
March: Make a List of all the Things you need to do every night Before Bed
