More Beauty Tricks!


Each girl- woman whether fair, dark, tall, rich or poor wishes to be beautiful and a matter of appreciation. Lack of nutrients, proper rest and poor diet might also be the root of their shapeless figure, dark circles below the eyes, wrinkles before age and lack of glow on their face. It might be also due to heavy amount of food took once in a day when hunger is at its peek otherwise they tend to skip to food with a proper routine. Junk foods and oily foods as well can be responsible for these kinds of problems. But now we can relax and bring back the beauty, glow and figure in just three days. Normally, we try to spend a huge amount to improve our personality in terms of skin, glow and figure, a diet which takes us a time period of more than months with expensive and experimental products. Whereas, we have natural and easily available tips now to make yourself attractive.
1) Regular exercise,
2) Maintaining weight of your body by setting realistic goals,
3) Rectify eating habit and taking omega three fats like fish oil supplements which help to get a flawless skin
4) Having enough sleep after regular exercise, and
5) Learning the secrets of facial beauty.
Before starting this, we should bring little changes in our food and daily habits. We should prepare our body two days prior for the coming three days. Doctors say that before we start the liquid diet, we should start avoiding heavy and oily diets , alcohol, cigarettes, coffee, chocolate, drug like pain killer, antibiotics etc.
Basil Juice. To prepare this, you need the following:-
1) 10 to 12 leaves of Basil and grind it in a mixer Juicer and mix with warm water,
2) One Lemon Juice and add one teaspoon of honey.
To keep you energized throughout the day, fruit or vegetable juice must be taken. Tomato is a vegetable which contains calcium, chlorine, sodium and iodine in it and it proves to be beneficial to reduce weight. Radish juice can be taken with a pinch of salt and lemon juice mixed with water which helps in burning the calories and fat in the body. It also helps in reducing the wrinkles and the pimples and blackheads on the face. Simultaneously, it helps in reducing the chances of acidity in your body as well. Fruits like kiwi fruit, banana and mango juice should be avoided because it carries a lot of calories compared to other fruits. We should always prefer juice from orange, tomato, carrot etc., Or else mix them with one another which would also be helpful.
In dinner menu, only vegetable soup should be included. If necessary, add little number of pulses in it as well. Two bowls of soup can be mixed with less number of pulses which would be enough as a diet for the night.
Besides, we can also prefer a small amount of wheat juice made out of green pulses which will be useful for health. These are also called a complete diet which is full of nutrients as well. We may also go for Aloe Vera juice which is a good option at night. Besides, green leaf soup should be taken. Before going to sleep, it is a good idea to have one glass of orange juice, apple or grape juice.
Once this diet is started for regular three days, good changes would be seen in your skin as well as health. For few days light food and juice should be taken and within four to five days, normal diet is advised. However, avoid following the unhealthy food habits and irregular diet so that it does not hamper the hard work of three days.

A person who is a positive and happy with herself is considered to be a really beautiful person while a person who is selfish or envious is an ugly person .The basic need for keeping ourselves beautiful is that pampering of our body and skin with so many methods will work only when we start thinking in a positive way and our heart and mind are filled up with happiness.
Washing your face the right way
Washing your face is as simple as using soap and water. How you wash your face can make a difference in your appearance. Never scrub the skin or use harsh products as doing so irritates the skin, which makes skin look worse. Use a gentle and non- abrasive cleanser that does not contain alcohol. Wet your face with lukewarm water and use your fingertips to apply cleanser. Using a washcloth, mesh sponge or anything other than your fingertips can irritate your skin. Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry with a soft towel.
Apply moisturizer if your skin feels dry or itchy
Natural way of beautification
1. The facial expression of a person depends on the diet she/he is taking
2. Anger and mental tension should be completely avoided and adopt a positive attitude.
3. Happiness cannot be compared with the cosmetic value of a face.
4. To make the face beautiful it is necessary to make regular exercise with a regular diet plan.
5. Drink sufficient quantity (not less than 8 glasses) of water every day.
Make your eyes look bigger
(With artificial eyelashes)
1. Opt for a natural look:
Artificial eyelashes enhance the shapes of your eyes and make them appear bigger. Pick the ones that look the most natural.
2. Measure the size:
The size of the lashes must be equal to your lash line. Measure them by holding on to your lash line, and cut them from the sides if they look bigger.
3. Use Adhesive:
Take a quality adhesive, apply it to the end of a brush, and add a thin line on the lash line of your fake lashes. Give it a few seconds to air it dry partially.
4. Stick on:
Bring them as close to the lash line as possible and press from the middle, before pressing on the sides. Keep your eyes shut, and hold on to the lashes for a few more seconds to make sure they are in place.
5. Hide with liner:
Apply a thin coat of eyeliner to cover up patches that reveal extra skin or glue. Top the lashes with a few strokes of mascara, to give them a more natural look.
Skin Care
1. Cleanse well: Deep pore cleansing with a facial scrub is essential to keep the pores free of hardened oil. Use a facial scrub twice a week. Apply it on the face and rub gently on the skin, using a circular motion. Then rinse off with plenty of plain water. Make a facial scrub at home by mixing grounded almonds with curd, and add dried and powdered lemon or orange peels.
2. Skin tonic: A skin tonic or freshener is a must in the humid weather. Mix rose water with cucumber juice and apply on the face. Wash it off after 15 minutes.
3, Ban those zits: For pimples, acne or rash, add two handfuls of sesame leaves to four cups of hot water. Let is stand overnight. Next morning, strain and make a paste of the soaked sesame leaves. Apply on face and rinse off after 20 minutes.
4, Face Pack : If your skin is very oily, mix mud pack with rose water into a paste and apply it daily on the face. Wash off with cold water when it dries.
